1. How Do I Enter a Competition?

You can enter our competitions in two ways:

  • Online Entry: Visit our website, select the competition you want to enter, answer the competition question, and complete your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket numbers.
  • Postal Entry: Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard to the following address:
    Flat 42 Goldsdown Road, Enfield, EN3 7QZ, UK.
    Include your full name, address, contact details, the competition name, and your answer to the competition question. Each entry must be submitted separately.

2. What Are Win Free Competitions?

Win Free Competitions are completely free to enter and do not require any purchase or financial commitment. Tickets are allocated based on interactions with Regal Competitions, such as:

  • Social media giveaways
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • New account registrations
  • Voucher codes or app activity

There is no postal entry route for Win Free Competitions. Details of your free tickets, including their expiry dates, can be found in the “My Free Tickets” section of your account.

3. How Will I Know If I’ve Entered a Competition?

For online entries, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket numbers shortly after completing your entry. For postal entries, once processed, we will email you with confirmation of your ticket number. You can also view all confirmed entries in the “My Competitions” section of your account.

4. How Are Winners Selected?

At the end of each competition:

  • Winners are selected using a verifiably random process conducted independently by Promo Veritas or a similar third party.
  • The decision of the random draw is final.
  • For Win Free Competitions, winners are drawn from all eligible entries during the specified promotion period.

5. What Prizes Are Offered?

Details of prizes and any applicable cash alternatives are displayed on each competition page on our website or app. If a cash alternative is available, it will be clearly stated in the competition description.

6. How Will I Know If I’ve Won?

Winners will be notified by phone or email within seven days of the competition’s closing date. If we cannot contact you within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to select another winner.

7. What Happens If I Win?

If you win:

  • You must provide a copy of your photo ID to confirm your identity and age.
  • You may be required to provide photographs or participate in promotional activities for marketing purposes related to the competition. Participation is not mandatory but highly encouraged.

8. Can I Submit Multiple Entries?

Yes, you can submit multiple entries for any competition up to the maximum limit specified on the competition page:

  • Online entries: Purchase tickets as per the limit.
  • Postal entries: Each entry must be submitted separately; bulk entries will not be accepted.

9. Is There a Closing Date for Competitions?

Yes, all competitions have a specified opening and closing date listed on their respective pages.

Postal Entries: Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw. Postal entries received within 72 hours after the closing date may receive a credit equivalent to the online entry fee for use in future competitions.

10. Can I Get a Refund for My Entry Fee?

No refunds are offered for entry fees once submitted.

11. Who Can Enter Regal Competitions?

Competitions are open to anyone aged 18 or older who meets our eligibility criteria as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Employees of Regal Competitions and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

12. How Do You Use My Personal Data?

We use your personal data solely for administering competitions and awarding prizes. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for fulfilling these purposes (e.g., confirming compliance with competition rules). For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

13. What Happens If a Competition Doesn’t Sell Out?

If a competition does not sell out before its closing date:

  • The Promoter may extend the closing date or offer an alternative prize.
  • The draw will proceed regardless of ticket sales.

14. Where Can I View My Ticket Numbers?

Log into your account on our website or app and navigate to the “My Tickets” section under your profile to view all assigned ticket numbers.
